How long does my order take to ship?

Under each item description it will state the average shipping time for that item. All items listed as “PREORDER” take 10/21 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive. Any item listed as “IN STOCK” ships next day. Every order will have a tracking number!

How do I contact you if my order is taking too long? 

The best way to reach me is via facebook messenger or by hitting the “contact” tab at the top of our website. To find the facebook, click in the top left corner where the small “f” is and it will direct you to our facebook group!

What is your return policy? 

Items can be returned at CUSTOMER COST (the decision being within 24 hours of receiving the order) and store credit can be given. The items can not show ANY wear and tear, dirt, holes, etc. or they will not receive a store credit.

What is your refund policy?

A full refund back to payment method is only an option if the items were tremendously damaged during shipping on the way to customer. Picture proof at my request of asking to do different things with the item (to make sure it isn’t AI) is possible as well.
